Serratiopeptidase provides potent anti-inflammatory and fibrinolytic action by dissolving fibrin deposits, while Diclofenac Sodium provides analgesic and antipyretic effects. Indicated in post-surgical inflammation, musculoskeletal disorders, and dental pain.
